This freaky serous opens for the people the hidden life of New York stone and block jungles. The main theme of the story – oppression of almost any character – one is suffering from unrequited love for rats, the other is trying to understand the gender identity and the third is overcoming middle-age crisis. It’s only for the viewer to decide what’s happening on the screen – weird fantasy of the author about animals’ minds or deep metaphor of the sadness of human nature.
