The main character Melinda Monroe is an attractive young lady who faces difficulties in Los Angeles. Until a certain point, her life was happy. She worked as a nurse in a prestigious clinic, had the respect of her superiors, met with a colleague and cherished huge plans for the future. Melinda already imagined what a wonderful wife and mother she would be and hoped that her lover would make her an offer from a minute to a minute. However, this did not happen. The couple broke up. The main character, because of emptiness and mental anguish, decides to start life from the beginning.
