In Season 8, 10 contestants will compete to survive in the Canadian wilderness on the shores of British Columbia’s Chilco Lake. With only ten items and a set of shooting equipment, each of the participants must survive. In total isolation, they must last the longest and win a half-million-dollar prize. In addition to surviving hunger, loneliness, and bad weather, recruits will face the worst predators in North America this season – cougars, wolves, and grizzly bears. No film crew. No gimmicks.
