The series tells the story of the French detective Julien Baptiste. This man travels to Amsterdam to enjoy the wonderful views. He finds himself involved in a complex and confusing investigation. The main character is going to take responsibility for carrying out the case related to the disappearance of the niece of a British émigré. Edward is worried about what happened, so he hopes that the arriving detective will help him figure out what is happening. Of course, many complex and confusing events await both characters ahead.
