Until recently, the lives of sisters Mel and Maggie differed little from the lives of other young female students. Studying and having fun with friends were the norm for them. However, a tragedy instantly destroys the carefree life of the girls. As a result of an accident, their mother dies. The sisters are left alone. Days pass, but Mel and Maggie still cannot come to terms with the death of a loved one. And then an unfamiliar girl appears on the threshold of their house, claiming that she is their sister Macy. For several reasons, she had to hide her relationship with them for many years, but now it’s time for the sisters to reunite.
