Matthew Casey serves in one of the Chicago fire departments. He is endlessly dedicated to his work, which takes up all of his time. Unable to withstand such a busy schedule, Matthew’s wife leaves. A man is going through a hard break with his beloved. He even begins to doubt the correctness of his choice. But the tragedy that happened to his best friend makes him take a fresh look at his profession. His friend and colleague Andrew is killed in the fire. Matthew has a hard time losing a loved one and closes in himself, fencing off from other colleagues. But soon, Matthew decides to pull himself together.
