The film features two cities – Shadyside and Sunnyvale. As has happened many times in Shadyside, one of the residents goes mad and kills several people. However, high school student Dinah is more worried that her love Sam left her and moved to Sunnyvale. Soon after one incident, Sam, Dinah, and her friends begin to be pursued by mysterious killers. They discover a connection between events that have haunted their city for generations. And they speculate that they may be the following targets of the mysterious assassin.
