Many years ago, Nicky Chen’s parents moved to San Francisco in search of a better life. Here they opened a small restaurant in Chinatown. For the right to run your own business, you have to pay a considerable tribute to the Chinese mafia. Unable to put up with this situation any longer, Nicky drops out of university and goes to China. The girl begins to study the basics of kung fu. Having achieved significant success in the difficult martial art, Nicky decides to return to America. But from the first minutes in her hometown, she realizes that the crime situation on the streets of San Francisco has become even worse. Realizing that there is no point in hoping for police help, Nicky decides to administer justice on his own.
