Due to the extremely rainy climate in Tacoma County, local firefighters sit idle most of the year. A rare call may come about a cat stuck in a tree or from a playful teenager who decided to play a prank on the guys. However, Captain Eddie Penisi and his resourceful assistant Terry McConky do not let their subordinates get bored. They organize contests and entertaining contests to have fun.
