“Shooter” is made upon famous movie by the same name realized in 2007. We see the military man, who takes part in a lot of special operations. But also he pursues his personal goal – trying to to find out the origin and the identity with some Chechen sniper. The investigation leads him to Mexican cartel, that keeps all the money of the killer. And his only way to find the enemy and to take the revenge is to get into Mexican jail.
