Cory Lambert finds himself unable to keep in touch with people, because he suffers from own problems. So the man gives up making a career in the megapolis and moves house into a remote town, where he dives in a new activity. Now he’s responsible to take care of the local fauna, and he enjoys this kind of job. During one of his inspections in the trusted zone Cory encounters into a female corpse. After the FBI examined the place of the murder, they appointed a novice Jane Banner as a head of the investigation, supposing the thing is not worth a hill of beans. The woman feels scared in the strange territory, that’s why she asks Mr. Lambert to accompany her and follow traces of the assassin.
